Statement ELSE

Begin the alternative branch of a structured IF.

Syntax

ELSE

Parameters

No parameters.

Behavior

At most one ELSE is allowed per IF. It must match the innermost open IF.

Example

IF 0 THEN
PRINT "NO"
ELSE
PRINT "YES"
ENDIF

Limits and diagnostics

A standalone line; not valid for the numbered IF form.
