Statement WHILE

Repeat while a condition is nonzero.

Syntax

WHILE expression
  statements
WEND

Parameters

Parameter	Meaning
`expression`	Reevaluated before each iteration.

Behavior

A false initial condition skips the body. Blocks can nest; the compiler resolves backward and forward destinations in two passes.

Example

A=0
WHILE A<3
PRINT A
A=A+1
WEND

No BREAK or CONTINUE statement; use a condition variable.
