M-Digicard 3D printed enclosure

Last Christmas, I received an Anycubic Photon Mono 4K SLA 3D printer system as a gift. This printer employs UV-curable resin, which is spread over a display and then hardened using a strong UV light source beneath it.

The object is constructed layer by layer through selective curing of the resin. This method results in an absolutely excellent printing resolution.

By using Amazon’s ‘ABS-like’ resin, I can print extremely strong and durable objects. I have designed and created a new enclosure for my ham radio PC-to-radio interface board.
