Play the standard short buzzer tone.

Parameters

No parameters.

Behavior

Invokes the kernel’s existing short-tone driver through its shared-controller transaction. This statement accepts no arguments.

Limits and diagnostics

The tone is a device operation, not a scheduler timer.
